When my father passed away from cancer, my mother suddenly found herself in charge of all the technology in the house - iPhone, cable box, wi-fi, and more. I gave her assistance with what I could, but when I returned home, she was calling often to help find her password, set up (or stop) auto-payments, and even just watch a movie on Netflix.
We did a lot of Facetime chats, but there's nothing like being able to show someone directly how things work. That's where the idea for NJB SOLUTIONS was born.

I was able to get my mom from 3 TV remotes down to one. Put all her passwords into a password manager that both her kids could access, and I showed her how to use Venmo so she could stop sending the grandkids checks in the mail for their birthdays.
